Terms and Conditions – 81gg: Platform Rules and Guidelines

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and 81gg ("Platform", "we", "our"). By registering, accessing, or using any service available at https://81gg.best, you confirm that:

• Has fully read and understood these Terms;
• Has the legal capacity to enter into this agreement (18 years of age or older);
• You accept all conditions described here without reservation;
• The information provided at registration is accurate, complete, and up to date;
• You are not acting on behalf of any third party unless expressly authorized to do so.

Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes automatic acceptance of the new conditions. The 81gg reserves the right to update these Terms at any time, notifying users at least 15 days in advance via registered email or a notice on the platform.

To use the services of the 81gg, you must create a personal account. Registration is free and subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum age: Users must be at least 18 years of age. 81gg verifies users' ages at registration and may request supporting documents at any time. Accounts belonging to users under 18 will be closed immediately, and any retained balances will be returned to the legal guardian following verification.
• One account per person: Each CPF may have only one active account on the platform. Creating multiple accounts with the intent to accumulate bonuses or circumvent restrictions is a serious violation of these Terms and will result in the closure of all accounts involved.
• Required information: Full name, CPF, date of birth, valid email address, and mobile number. Registering with false or third-party details is prohibited and may result in legal liability.
• Account security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials (username and password) confidential. The 81gg is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from a user's failure to protect their login credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact support immediately.
• Residence: The services of 81gg are intended for residents of Brazil. Users who access the platform from jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited do so at their own risk.

The 81gg reserves the right to refuse any user's registration without being required to provide a reason, at its sole discretion.

The 81gg is legally required by its anti-money laundering guidelines to verify the identity of users before processing withdrawals above certain amounts or when there is suspicion of fraudulent activity. The KYC (Know Your Customer) process may require:

• Government-issued photo ID (RG, CNH, or valid passport);
• Proof of residence issued within the last 90 days;
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used (bank statement or a Pix screenshot showing your CPF);
• Selfie with ID document, when requested by the compliance team.

• Boleto bancário: Processing within 1 business day after payment confirmation. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.
• Credit and debit card: Visa, Mastercard, and Elo. Immediate processing. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.
• PicPay: Instant processing. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.
• Mercado Pago: Processing takes a few seconds to minutes. Minimum deposit of R$ 20.00.

All deposits must be made from accounts or cards registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are not accepted and may result in account suspension and reversal of funds. A 81gg does not charge fees on deposits, though fees may be applied by the user's own financial institution.

Funds credited to your account are available for immediate use once the deposit is confirmed. Boleto deposits are only credited after bank clearance, which may take up to 1 business day.

Withdrawals are available to all users with a verified account and an available real balance. The general conditions are:

• Primary method: Pix. Pix withdrawals are processed in under 60 seconds after approval. The destination Pix key must be registered under the account holder's CPF.
• TED Transfer: For major banks (Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and others). Processing within 1 business day during banking hours.
• Minimum withdrawal amount: R$ 20.00.
• First withdrawal: May be subject to identity verification (KYC) before being processed, especially if documentation has not been previously submitted.
• Bonus balance: Bonus balance can only be withdrawn after the corresponding wagering requirement (rollover) has been met. Real deposit balance may be withdrawn at any time, regardless of the rollover.

• Rollover period: 30 calendar days from the date the bonus is credited. Unused bonuses or those with an incomplete rollover at the end of the period are automatically cancelled with no compensation.
• Contribution by game type: Slots and Sports Betting contribute 100% toward rollover. Live Casino contributes 20%. Blackjack and RNG table games contribute 10%.
• One offer per promotion: Each promotion is valid once per user and CPF, unless otherwise stated in the specific terms of that promotion.

Sports Betting at 81gg are subject to the following general rules:

• Bet confirmation: A bet is considered valid only after system confirmation and the receipt of a reference number. Bets pending confirmation are not guaranteed.
• Cancelled events: If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets will be voided and the amounts returned to the account balance. If an event is suspended after it starts and is not completed within 72 hours, bets on markets that have not yet been settled will be voided.
• Odds errors: The 81gg reserves the right to cancel bets placed at clearly incorrect odds (technical errors or input mistakes that result in values obviously outside the market). The user will be notified and the amount refunded.
• Live betting: Live bets are accepted based on the information available at the time of confirmation. Bets placed after the wagered event has already occurred (goal, point, etc.) but before the system has updated will be cancelled if identified.
• Betting limit: The 81gg may set maximum bet limits per event, market, or user. These limits may vary depending on the sport, event, and account level.
• Brazilian football: Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, and Libertadores follow CBF and CONMEBOL rules for determining results. In the event of a suspended match, the official result declared by the governing body will apply.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 81gg. Violation of any of these items may result in immediate account suspension, cancellation of bonus balances, and, in the most serious cases, referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false information or fraudulent documents during registration or the KYC process;
• Using bots, scripts, or any form of automation to place bets or interact with casino games;
• Placing bets on opposing outcomes (hedging) or colluding with other users to meet rollover requirements without genuine risk;
• Intentionally attempting to exploit bugs, technical glitches, or odds errors;
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other illicit financial activity;

The 81gg may suspend or close a user's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any provision of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or misuse of the platform;
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the established deadline;
• Express request by the user themselves (voluntary closure);
• Determination by a competent regulatory or judicial authority.

If an account is closed due to a terms violation, all bonus balances and winnings linked to irregular bets will be canceled. Any remaining real deposit balance — after deducting amounts under investigation — will be returned to the user within 30 calendar days via Pix to the registered CPF, unless prohibited by law.

Users may close their account at any time by contacting support. After closure, data will be retained for the minimum period required by Brazilian law (generally 5 years for financial data).

The 81gg makes every reasonable effort to ensure the availability, security, and accuracy of the platform. However, certain limitations apply:
